You may not use any of our Services to send Spam. You also may not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of PureTicks users.

We will allow links to HELPFUL web sites that do not charge any membership fees for their services. ie:

What a useful site for newcomers to an area!! http://www.craigslist.org/
