YM ROOM - HotComm Setup Instructions

Follow these easy setups the very first time you join our trading room.

IF YOU ARE USING A MAC THEN YOU'LL SIMPLY CLICK THE CONNECT BUTTON IN THE PURETICK MEMBERS AREA

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE HOTCOMM PRO YOU CONNECT BY LAUNCHING HOTCOMM THEN CLICKING ON THE CONNECT BUTTON FROM OUR MEMBERS AREA.

NOTE: If you are using Kaspersky anti-virus then you WONT be able to CONNECT unless you READ THIS FAQ NOW: http://www.hotcomm.com/faq/faq_kaspersky.asp

FIRST--Download the HotComm exe below by clicking on one of the two underlined links. These are the same file, two servers are provided in case one is slow or unresponsive. You can either select run or save as and save it to your desktop, then double click on it to install.

Once the install has started, follow these illustrated steps:

"Your name of nick name" - This is the CHAT USERNAME you typed in ON THE TRIAL SIGN UP PAGE when you first signed up for accessk. This *MUST* be the same or you will get ejected from the room for 'no access'. Don't confuse this with your login username which is your E-mail address for http://www.puretick.com/member Please type that 'Chat Username' nickname in this box.

"Your Email Address" - Your valid e-mail address. It NEEDS TO MATCH the E-mail address you created your PureTick account with.

If everything installed successfully you should see HotComm running in your task bar. You can check by looking for the small icon of red and blue headphones.



You LOG IN THE MEMBERS SECTION by going to http://www.puretick.com/member and using your full EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD you PICKED when you started your trial!! From there, simply click the members area TAB at the very top left and then the CONNECT TO YM ROOM button is on the TOP of that page!

Your all set! To get in the trading room do this:

# Connect by logging in to to http://www.puretick.com/member/
# Click the YM Room Access TAB at the top of the screen
# Click the CONNECT TO YM ROOM button

In the end , you should be logged on to the HotComm CL client. Here's what you SHOULD and SHOULD NOT see:
