Subscription Cancellation Information

We sincerely hope you enjoyed your experience and have been able to walk away with knowledge and an increased P&L sheet.

We are sad to see you give up on your trading dreams. Remember, this is a career not a quickly learned hobby or casino. Every professional day trader spends between 2-5 years or more learning to be a successful trader. I know its discouraging but consider it like college. Your not the type that picks up a guitar and says ‘this is too hard’ and quits a week later are you? Then you won’t make it in this business. Don’t pay attention to any ad that promise otherwise. RUN far away if so! Consider “Joe and John McDonald” who sold their “It can’t get any better than this” hamburger place for the ungodly sum of 1 Million dollars to that gullible guy Ray Kroc.

However, if you wish to cancel, please let us know at least three (3) days in advance of your trial expiring, or rebilling period date. You can NOT cancel via the email! Please remember, trial memberships are based on calendar days not trading days. Trial memberships start as soon as you submit your application. You will be CHARGED for the service whether you use it or NOT. As to say if you are not in the trading room but your account is ACTIVE and you have not called to cancel, you will be billed as usual. Please! It is imperative that you cancel your account if you wish to discontinue membership. Please read this post on the unrealstic goals of new day traders. Due to e-mail fraud and identity theft, all cancellations are now done by phone. If you wish to cancel, you must reach us at one of the numbers below. If you are undecided, having problems executing trades, not seeing the results you’d hoped, then please call us as well. Cancellation requests may NOT be done via e-mail.

If for some reason you cannot reach us by phone, Live Help or via the normal channels please send a FAX with your SIGNATURE to 610-590-1811. Select option #2 to cancel. This way, should there ever be a question as to when you cancelled, you can use the date of that call on your phone bill as proof you did indeed cancel.

All cancellation requests must be done by phone. If you receive voice mail, please leave your information and someone will return your call within 24 hours.

Should you enter the PureTick Live Trading Room after your trial or membership runs out, it will be deemed that you are willfully entering a new order to receive, use, and benefit from the PureTick Live Trading Room education and advice for an additional month. PureTick will immediately charge you the FULL price of a ONE month (non-refundable) fee of $349.00. This fee will be charged to you by the same means that you used to pay for the immediately preceding period.

You acknowledge and consent to the above described charge as if you placed an actual order through our normal means of order entry. Your entry into the PureTick trading room after membership termination will be your explicit agreement to waive your right to consent, to your bank or credit card company, any monthly charge by PureTick to you.
